Abstract: The report presents the results of a study of the geometric accuracy of orthodontic aligners manufactured using digital technology (scanning and 3D printing). The study is performed using the coordinate grid method. A specific test peace was designed with the help of which deviations from nominal dimensions were assessed. The influence of the inclination angle, as a basic technological parameter on accuracy, was established. The results show good comparability with the required accuracy for the devices manufactured using conventional methods (e.g. thermoforming).
