Abstract: Many companies in the power, construction, traffic management, transportation and municipal sectors have traditionally relied on ladders to perform maintenance that requires access to elevated areas. However, despite their simplicity and accessibility, ladders have become a major source of occupational hazards, often resulting in serious injuries or even fatalities among technicians and workers.
These incidents have resulted in numerous negative consequences, including long-term work interruptions, significant financial losses due to compensation and repairs, and reduced productivity.
