THE ADMINISTRATIVE SANCTION COMMUNITY SERVICE IN FAVOUR OF THE SOCIETY - REGULATION AND CHARACTERISTICS

Abstract

The paper reviews the newest administrative sanction community service in favour of the society. The types of administrative sanction are established with the rules of Administrative Offences and Penalties Act. It is imposed for an administrative offence, committed repeatedly or when systematically committed. This administrative sanction affects the legal sphere of the offender, as he undertakes to perform his labor force free. The administrative sanction community service in favour of the society is imposed by the regional court according to the procedure established by Offences and Penalties Act.
