STUDY OF TRAFFIC JAMS ON LIPNIK BOULEVARD IN THE CITY OF RUSE
Abstract
The article examines the current state of road traffic on Lipnik Blvd. as part of the transport network of the city of Ruse. The aim is to establish whether the current organization of traffic on the boulevard allows for movement with minimal delays, i.e. is a "green wave" applicable as a means of reducing delays on it. In cities with well-developed road infrastructure and good traffic organization, it is striking that in general, despite the high intensity, traffic jams are minimal.
