Papers accepted for presentation at the conference sessions and complying with the formatting requirements may, after their presentation and nomination by the Programme Committee, be proposed for publication in the Best Paper‘26” Proceedings. Up to two papers in English may be nominated from each section and will be published in the proceedings, which will be available online on the conference website.

All the remaining papers, successfully approved by international double-blind reviewing, will be published in the respective series of Proceedings of the University of Ruse, vol. 65, 2026 and on-line on the Conference Website.
