Abstract

In the world we live in, technology is constantly evolving, and the emergence of artificial intelligence (AI) is beginning to enter human daily life in various ways. There are still people for whom some AI technologies seem like science fiction, while for others, artificial intelligence is becoming an integral part of their daily lives and work. From what has been mentioned so far, it follows that expectations of artificial intelligence are serious.
This paper aims to showcase the possibilities of AI that can be utilized in e-commerce stores for data analysis. AI functionalities allow the customer to check a particular product or service for its legitimacy and price compared to the market, and to compare different products and services. Artificial intelligence can also offer its rating for a product, which is different from those provided by other buyers, to give a better idea of the product or service.
