CHARACTERISTICS OF PEDAGOGICAL COMMUNICATION IN POSTGRADUATE SPECIALIZATIONS AT THE UNIVERSITY
Abstract
The article analyzes the features and characteristics of pedagogical communication in postgraduate specializations at the university. The study examines the communication process as a key factor in the effectiveness of adult education, emphasizing the role of the teacher as a facilitator and mediator of knowledge. The main features of communication are presented - collegiality, pragmatics, reflexivity and ethics.
