THE APPLICATION OF FORENSIC EXPERTISE IN THE INVESTIGATION OF CRIMES AGAINST PROPERTY

Abstract

This presentation discusses the application and features of forensic expertise as a means of proof related to the crimes introduced in Chapter Five of the Special Part of the Criminal Code, namely crimes against property. The different types of forensic expertise that are used in the investigation of various crimes, as well as the specifics of their objects and issues put before the experts for discussion and resolution, are discussed.
